  • Being a full service agent, we will do everything a traditional agent does:

    • Comprehensive pricing strategy

    • Discuss go-to market strategy to make your property stand out, including sending a professional photographer to take photos and help with staging/listing prep

    • Market the property on social media and to the MLS and thousands of other real estate sites (Redfin, Zillow, etc)

    • Negotiate offers to get you the best possible terms

    • Get you through closing!

    We are a what we call “virtual.” What does this mean for you?

    • We will send you a lockbox and yard sign in the mail as soon as you sign up

    • You will be granted access to our showings app that allows buyers agents to easily show your home. You can coordinate timing so that showings fit your schedule.

    • Your contact information will be listed on the MLS

    • We are available for guidance and support 24/7

    • You save a lot of money!

  • Because we are considerably less expensive than a traditional agent, we ask for a small upfront fee to cover our costs of photography, signage, lockbox, and MLS input. Once you pay the fee, we will sign a listing agreement. With our low cost business model, we are unable to front these costs ourselves.

    Please consider our low fixed fee vs a traditional listing agent’s 2.5%-3% commission rate.

  • Absolutely not! First time sellers can work with us as well. We will guide you through everything.

  • Once you sign up and fill out the listing agreement, we will ask you a few questions about your property, perform some comparative property and other analysis, discuss strategy with you, and come up with a price. Then we will list, find a buyer, and our agent and transaction coordinators will make sure you get through to closing!

  • No! It will look just like the other listings in the MLS and other syndicated websites.

  • Most likely. However, providing a buyer’s agent commission is optional. We can discuss strategy for maximizing the money in your pocket on the transaction.

  • We can work with anyone in the state of Colorado.
